Futoshiki (Hex) (901)

Instruction:
Place a number from 1 to X (integers only) into each cell so that each number appears at most once in each row and column. (X is the number of cells in the longest row, and it is permissible for some numbers to not appear at all in a row with fewer than X cells.) Some inequality relations are given between adjacent cells; they must apply to the numbers in those cells.
